Design
Technical requirements here are prepared by a leading development staff. The business requirements are used to define how the project will be written, transactions to be defined, including security processes and system/hardware requirements.
Develop
Actual development and testing process. It's important to note that our team during this phase is open-minded and flexible if any changes are introduced. This is the longest phase of the project Development Life Cycle.
Test
Once the project is migrated to a test environment, plenty types of testing will be performed. At this point, defects may be found and more work might be required during the Analysis, design or development.
Quality Assurance

Deliver
The project's size will determine the complexity of the deployment. Training may be required for the end users, operations and on-call IT staff. Roll-out of the system could be performed in stages starting with one branch then slowly adding all locations, or it could be a full blown implementation.
